Pastoral Associate/Faith Formation Director 1999 - Present
Responsible for developing curriculum, planning and facilitating intergenerational faith formation gatherings, adult faith formation and parish-wide evangelization efforts, middle school and high school youth ministry, sacramental preparation programs for Reconciliation, Eucharist and a two-year high school Confirmation process.
Collaboratively plan and provide Catechetical Formation including presentations, workshops, talks, and retreats for all parish catechists/youth ministry volunteers in Deanery 11.
Organize and co-chaperone a pilgrimage to Ecuador for a small group of high school students bi-annually.
Scheduling events, supervising Receptionist, Bookkeeper and teams of volunteers tasked with office projects. Work with Councils, Commissions and Boards to provide and support collaborative leadership for the parish community.
Establish office procedures, databases for both financial contributions and talent. Design, compose and edit weekly bulletin. Manage a staff of 24 employees including all human resources and payroll related processes and procedures.
Master Catechist Certification from the California Conference of Catholic Bishops. Pius X Award for 15+ years’ experience leading catechetical programs from the Archdiocese of San Francisco.
